Jake Humphrey and the team are in Valencia for the European Grand Prix

Jake Humphrey presents live coverage of the European Grand Prix as the streets of Valencia host the race for a third time.

Brazilian drivers have quickly grown fond of this race with Felipe Massa triumphing in 2008, while his compatriot Rubens Barrichello took the chequered flag last year in a race that many thought Lewis Hamilton should have won.

The British driver started from pole position and ended the race lapping quicker than Barrichello; but a mix-up during a mid-race pit-stop lost Hamilton valuable time and ultimately the race.

Barrichello's victory was the 100th Grand Prix win by a Brazilian and edged his then Brawn team further clear in the Constructors' Championship. Finnish driver Kimi Raikkonen was also on the podium, with championship leader Jenson Button having to make do with seventh.
