Metal super-group Down chat to Bruce Dickinson about their plans to re-release old material and their current US tour.
When Down formed in the early Nineties, the band consisted of a group of lifelong friends. They were all members of the bands Pantera, Corrosion Of Conformity and Crowbar, and formed the new group as a side project to fill their downtime – hence the name.
The latest album, Down III: Over The Under, was released last year. Lyrics featured in tracks on the album were inspired by the break-up of Pantera, the on-stage murder of Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell in 2004, and lead singer Phil Anselmo's recovery from drink and drugs problems.

It is 60 years since Israel became a State but the divisions between Israelis and Palestinians are as deep as ever and the religious and cultural divides between Jews and Arabs often appear insurmountable.
However, a weekend retreat organised by the Interfaith Encounter Association in Jerusalem aims to allow Israelis and Palestinians to work together towards the goal of sustainable, peaceful co-existence between their communities. Heart And Soul hears from participants at the retreat as they witness each other's prayers and socialise together.
