BBC Radio 1's Fearne Cotton and Zane Lowe are set to visit four university towns and cities across the UK in October to broadcast their shows live from each location and meet up with some of the biggest music acts of the moment who are touring the country* – Mark Ronson, 30 Seconds To Mars, Chase & Status and Klaxons.
Each day, Fearne will be getting involved with student life in her 10am-12.45pm show and throwing open the doors to the legendary Live Lounge, where each of the acts will join her for a special session.
Fearne says: "Going on the Radio 1 Student Tour is going to be like a university life crash course for me. Having never been to uni I'm looking forward to kicking back with the students and living the life in four different places in one week!
"The line-up is insane, too, so all in all it should be a cracking tour!"
