Escape From Scorpion Island
Presenters JK (left) and Joel

Escape From Scorpion Island returns for series two of the most nail-biting game show on earth!

Presenters JK and Joel

JK and Joel are two of the hottest talents in UK broadcasting.

Most recently as hosts of Virgin Radio's weekend mid-morning show, and now with a number of TV projects under their belts, the boys are going from strength to strength.

CBBC show Hider In The House is a massive hit, winning the prestigious Rose D'Or Award in Switzerland this year. The show features celebrities from Linda Barker to Myleene Klass hiding in the houses of their biggest fans, trying their best - with the help of the families and JK and Joel - for their cover not to be blown in all the chaos they create.

In the summer of 2007, JK and Joel didn't hold back on their cheeky charm and quick wit while presenting ITV1's new Saturday night entertainment show Sing It Back: Lyric Champion with Paul Gambaccini - an intricate take on lyrical knowledge. It was certainly a world away from their previous roles as the resident music experts on Top Of The Pops Reloaded (BBC One), where they brought chart predictions, fun and games in true JK and Joel style every Saturday morning.

Joel even found time to become Britain's Celebrity Worst Driver (five) - although that was no mean feat! - and JK battled through sweat, tears and a gruelling three-month training schedule to become a champion on reality show The Games 2006 (C4).

They've come a long way since joining forces on Viking Radio (Hull) and since saying goodbye to more than two years as the hosts of Radio One's Early Breakfast Show and the Official Chart Show at the end of 2007.

The winners of two Sony Radio awards in 2004, another Sony award in 2003 for their breakfast show on Key 103 and an NTL Commercial Radio award, JK and Joel have presented 35 live shows of BBC 3's Pure Soap, a daily live show looking at all things to do with soap operas, and have featured on Playboyz (Granada Men and Motors) and Motor Maniacs.
