Jack Dee – Rick Spleen and co-writer
Since The Jack Dee Show hit the small screen in February 1992, Jack Dee has become a household name.
In 1991, he won the British Comedy Award for Best Stage Newcomer and, following numerous guest TV appearances and a successful run of Edinburgh shows, he was nominated for the 1991 Perrier Award.
His impressive list of awards to date include two at the 1995 British Comedy Awards, three British Advertising awards for his infamous 'widget' John Smith Bitter commercials in 1997, and the prestigious Best Stand-Up Comedian at the 1997 British Comedy Awards.
Jack's TV career has gone from strength to strength. By 1995 he was starring in his own series on ITV.
Since then his credits have included Jack And Jeremy Police 4 (1995) and Jack And Jeremy's Real Lives with Jeremy Hardy (1996); It's Only TV But I Like It (1999); Jack Dee's Full Mountie (1999); and Jack Dee's Happy Hour (2000/1).
His drama credits include The Grimleys (1996); fairground romance, Tunnel of Love (2004); and The Deputy, where he played a political fixer alongside Warren Clarke.
He's also performed in Yasmina Reza's award-winning play Art (1998) in the West End.
In 2004, Jack made a triumphant return to stand-up on television with his hugely successful series Jack Dee – Live At The Apollo featuring stand-up appearances from Joan Rivers, Ross Noble and Ardal O'Hanlon.
Probably one of his most memorable television appearances was on the first Celebrity Big Brother, which he went on to win.
Pete Sinclair – Co-writer
Having previously worked with Jack Dee on Jack Dee's Happy Hour and Jack Dee Live at the Apollo, Pete has worked as a writer in television and comedy for the last 20 years.
Other credits include Spitting Image, Carrott Confidential, The Rory Bremner Show and Never Mind The Horrocks.
Sean Power – Marty
American actor Sean has a wealth of acting experience across theatre, film and television.
He recently played Hank in Night Of The Iguana alongside Woody Harrelson and his film credits include John in Gilles McKinnon's Tara Road.
Raquel Cassidy – Mel
Raquel is probably best known for her role as Susan in the acclaimed drama Teachers, with Andrew Lincoln. She then joined the cast of Red Cap, playing Sergeant Neve Kirland.
Her other television credits include Chris in Everything I Know About Men, Cassie in The Worst Week Of My Life and Caroline in Trevor's World of Sport.
Antonia Campbell-Hughes – Sam
Antonia already has a slate of film and television projects under her belt with appearances in Simon Pegg's award-winning Shaun Of The Dead and Neil Jordan's Breakfast On Pluto. Her television credits include Casualty and Silent Witness.
Rasmus Hardiker – Ben
Rising talent Rasmus was recently seen in Tony Smith's The Rotter's Club playing Phillip Chase; as naïve assistant Raymond in Steve Coogan's Saxondale; and will soon be on our screens in new comedy Bash, part of the Behind Closed Doors season on BBC THREE.
Anna Crilly – Magda
Anna is a regular on the comedy circuit, both on and off television, with parts in Ricky Gervais' Extras and Armando Iannucci's Time Trumpet.
Her stand-up includes Funny Women at the Watford Palace Theatre and Penny Spubb's Party, a sketch comedy at the Soho Theatre.
Tony Gardner – Michael
A comedy veteran, Tony has a broad range of credits with appearances in The Thick Of It, The Ralf Little Show, Lenny Henry In Pieces, Absolute Power and Cold Feet.
He's also well-known for playing Brian in the long-running series, My Parents Are Aliens.
