 David Walliams was actually born David Williams - he changed his name for Equity.
Little Britain (series one) was the fastest-selling UK television DVD title ever, with
1.8 million sales to date. And true to form, when series two was released in October 2005, it broke all first week sales records, to go straight to Number One in the DVD sales charts.
When Little Britain series two premiered on BBC THREE last year, it averaged 1.5 million viewers, making it the highest-rating BBC THREE show ever.
