Friday Night With Jonathan Ross - 20 May, BBC ONE (repeated 22 May, BBC THREE)

Gordon Ramsay is on the receiving end of Jonathan Ross's culinary expertise when he cooks one of Gordon's own recipes on Friday Night with Jonathan Ross this Friday.

Ramsay, about to star in a new series of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares from next week on Channel Four, is fed sautéed octopus.

His verdict? "Promise me one thing, Jonathan - stay out of the kitchen!"

Jonathan also welcomes to the show Priscilla Presley, who talks about living with a legend and her new book, Elvis by the Presleys.

"I think it puts to rest a lot of things that have been said about him,"' she says. "He was a man who really enjoyed life, a great spirit of play."

She also talks about her reaction to her daughter Lisa Marie's marriage to Michael Jackson: "'First of all I didn't know - it was a total surprise. I saw it on the news. I said she'd never do that without telling me. I had a telephone call from her - it was a shock.

"I wasn't going to be a demon mother-in-law. It had to run its course: she eventually understood that."

And there's chat with Steve Coogan and Bob Mortimer, who team up in ITV's new comedy sketch show Monkey Trousers.

Coogan is also planning a film starring his alter ego Alan Partridge: "He's not dead - he's in cold storage."

The line-up is completed with music from Ben Folds.
