Coupling
Richard Mylan (Oliver)

Coupling is back!

Biography - Richard Mylan (Oliver)

Swansea-born Welsh actor Richard Mylan joins the cast of Coupling as Oliver Morris, Jane's potential love interest, recently out of a seven year relationship and a bit of a disaster when it comes to dating!

Richard spent most of his teenage years in London: "I moved to London when I was 12 and lived there for around 14 years before moving back to Wales."

He admits he was a bit nervous about joining the successful BBC comedy: "I was really quite nervous, but I'm really excited to be in the show as I really like the comedy."

Richard also knows Jack Davenport socially, which made it a little easier.

A trained dancer in jazz, modern and ballet, Richard is also an excellent baritone singer - with a good ear for accents.

He once accompanied Catherine Zeta Jones on stage in his early youth in Oliver.

Richard recently completed filming on the feature film Upside of Anger which followed immediately on from his third series of Belonging for BBC Wales.

Prior to this he filmed his second series of Wild West (BBC) opposite Dawn French in his regular role of Harry.
