HARDtalk: Sir Jeremy Greenstock

On BBC News 24's HARDtalk tonight (Monday 2 December), Tim Sebastian interviews Sir Jeremy Greenstock, British Ambassador to the United Nations.

The weapons inspectors may have entered Iraq, but what will they find, and how will the world react?

The United States managed to secure a unanimous resolution at the Security Council, but some have said it was merely a "fig-leaf" for what America really wants - regime change in Iraq.

What "serious consequences" does Sir Jeremy think there will be if Iraq is found to be in breach? Tim Sebastian asks him.

Notes to Editors

HARDtalk is broadcast on BBC News 24, Monday to Friday at 10.30pm, and is repeated Tuesday to Saturday at 2.30am.
