Neil Chugani joined BBC Worldwide as Chief Financial Officer in December 2007.
Neil is responsible for leading and developing all aspects of BBC Worldwide's financial and M&A strategy, in particular the development of its five-year growth plan.
Prior to joining BBC Worldwide, Neil was a senior member of the UK team of the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs International in London, where he advised a number of the firm's media and entertainment clients on a range of financing and M&A transactions.
Prior to that he spent seven years in a number of senior executive roles at BSkyB, including Deputy CFO, Director of Corporate Finance, IR & Treasury, and Deputy Head of Strategy.
Neil started his career at Price Waterhouse where he qualified as a chartered accountant after graduating from Oxford University.
A former British rowing international, Neil is also a World Champion, having won a gold medal at the 2001 World Rowing Championships in the coxed pair with Sir Matthew Pinsent and James Cracknell.
He is also a non-executive director of the Boat Race Company, the entity which manages the annual University Boat Race.
