Tina Fletcher

Creative Executive Producer, BBC London Knowledge


Tina Fletcher was appointed Creative Executive Producer for BBC London Knowledge in November 2007.

During her career, Tina has worked across factual, entertainment, live events and music.

Her strong track record includes devising and producing the hugely successful and ground-breaking Rolf On Art series which attracted more than seven million viewers to BBC One.

Some of Tina's other executive producing credits are Trauma, Animal Hospital, Born To Win, Tomorrow's World (all BBC One) along with a host of live and recorded entertainment events like Dancing In The Street and Rolf On Art – The Big Event (both BBC One).

Following the announcement of the London 2012 Olympics, Tina helped secure a seven-year pan-BBC multiplatform commission to follow British athletes as they prepare for the event, securing unprecedented access to the athletes tipped to be in team GB.

In April 2007 Tina became the Creative Director for music TV in BBC Wales. Credits in this role include Young Musician Of The Year 2008 (BBC Two and BBC Four), The Many Lives Of Quincy Jones and Legends: Ella Fitzgerald; The Chieftains; Beverley Sisters; Andrew Sisters; Nana Mouskouri (BBC Four) and a six-part documentary series on the History Of American Comedy: Make 'Em Laugh presented by Billy Crystal.

Since her return to London Tina has been working on the BBC One global warming project, Future Earth.
