Manish Bhasin joined BBC Sport's Football Focus team as a reporter in early 2004, before moving up to anchor the show later that year.
In 2009 he moved over to become the host of the BBC's Football League Show, which shows all of the goals from the Championship, League One and League Two.
Before joining the BBC Manish worked on ITV's Central News programme and presented Soccer Sunday.
At Central News East Manish presented in-depth coverage of the region's sport, including analysis of the financial crisis at Leicester City.
During his successful tenure Manish was nominated for Regional Sports Presenter or Commentator of the Year at the Royal Television Society Sport Awards. Soccer Sunday was also nominated as best Regional Sports Actuality Programme.
Previously Manish Bhasin spent five years at BBC Radio Leicester as sports presenter and commentator, including the Drive At 5 programme, presenting the latest news and sport.
Manish is also the BBC's lead presenter on cricket, covering the Twenty20 World Cup in 2009.
