Jeremy Hillman is the Editor of the Economics and Business Centre in BBC News.
The centre brings together more than 160 business journalists across radio, TV, and online.
Jeremy is responsible for all daily business coverage for outlets like the Ten O'Clock News on BBC One, programming on BBC Radio 4, BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC News channel, BBC World News and the BBC World Service.
Before joining the Business and Economics Unit, Jeremy was Editor of BBC World, the BBC's 24-hour global commercial television channel.
Prior to that he ran the BBC's New York bureau, and has also lived and worked in BBC bureaux in Brussels, Washington, Singapore and Hong Kong.
During his time in foreign newsgathering Jeremy has covered many of the defining stories of the last 20 years including 9/11, the Gulf War when he was based in Qatar and Baghdad, and the Asian tsunami.
Jeremy has a law degree from the University of Bristol and is currently completing an MBA at Henley Management College.
