Anne Gilchrist is Controller of CBBC, commissioning all CBBC content appearing on BBC One, BBC Two and the CBBC channel with responsibility for the CBBC brand in all its manifestations across marketing, scheduling, online and presentation.

After many years working in production on a diverse selection of programming - such as Incredible Games, Live And Kicking, Blue Peter and The Ant And Dec Show - she went on to be Head of Development and Head of Entertainment for CBBC and latterly CBBC's Executive Editor of Independents and Events.

She also spent two years working closely with former BBC One Controller Lorraine Heggessey as BBC One's Channel Executive.
