Lesson
3 Shall I put my grades down?
Andreas:
How about results? Because my results are not brilliant. Do I need
to put them in my CV?
Patrice: I think, that's something that I get asked more
frequently than almost any other question. Because not all of us
are brilliant ‘A’ students, are we? So, obviously, one of the best
things to do, if it's a CV, is to put your best foot forward. Now,
for some jobs it's going to be very important to put your results,
whether they're bad or good, because the jobs that you may be applying
for will require you to take further examinations. And I'm afraid
they will need to know what your results are. However, it's perfectly
in order not to put your grades down. That’s a choice that you make.
But, you will probably get asked about them if you get an interview.
