The programme airs Mon-Fri at 4pm on BBC Radio 4 Extra and includes interviews and packages on a wide range of subjects including literature,science, history, music, arts, natural history, food, travel, sport and comedy. The podcast will be an exact copy of the weekend compilation, airing every Sunday afternoon.
