I have tried to submit an application but I keep getting errors.
Please check to make sure you have filled out all the mandatory fields on the form and have ticked to confirm you have read the terms and conditions.

The form says I should use Java Script to view the page – I don’t have this, will it affect how I fill out the form?
No – you can fill out the form without using JavaScript, the only difference will be how it displays on your own monitor.

I clicked to say I wanted an email confirmation sent out once I completed the form, I haven’t received it. What can I do?
Please check your junk folder or spam filter to see if the email has been stored there. There is a chance you may have typed your email address incorrectly when submitting your form, if you are concerned please email performingartsfund@bbc.co.uk. NOTE if you were taken to the email confirmation screen after submitting your form it means we have received your information.

How do I know if my application has been received?
If you were taken to the confirmation page after you clicked the submit button it means we have received your entry.

I have received my confirmation email but parts of my answers are missing.
If you used double quotes in your responses when filling out the form these will not show up in your email confirmation. However, we will have still received your full answers on your main entry.

I can’t access the application form.
You may be using a slow internet connection or old browser. Please try again later or on another computer if possible.
