The Juicer (AKA BBC NEWS JUICER) was a project started in 2012 to provide a semantic prototyping platform for BBC News.

The Juicer has provided a useful prototyping platform for BBC Prototyping projects, at The Connected Studios Events and elsewhere.

The Juicer combines these elements to provide a repository of tagged content items from the BBC’s archive, leading up to current News & Sport items (all the way up to “1 hour before present time”)
