Changing life Matthew, his older brother, Robert, and their parents, Kathryn and Graham, live in Surrey. Kathryn is an opera singer. Graham recently left his job in advertising to start his own management training company, which he manages with Kathryn. Graham had been working long hours, leaving him little time to spend with his children or pursue his own painting and creative writing. Now he's able to do both and loves spending more time at home with his wife and sons. Confident and active Matthew was a sweet but slightly anxious toddler, but he's now a confident, active boy who has made artistic leaps, thanks to Graham's patient tutelage. Matthew's real passions are physical. He designs complicated Lego models and is football crazy, this year winning an award at summer soccer camp.
