Panorama has been given unique access to the training of Israel's special unit Naval Commando 13, which seized a ship in a Gaza-bound aid flotilla resulting in the deaths of nine activists from Turkey.
The incident sparked an international outcry in May.
Colonel G, one of the commanders of the elite Israeli unit, said it was a complicated task and lessons had been learned.
Thousands of people attended the funerals of the Turkish men killed, including Cevdet Kiliclar, who was honoured as a "martyr".
