Kerry's Cornish Hen

Oooh La La!

Kerry Saretsky is the next big thing in the world of cuisine to come out of New York and on her last visit to Oxfordshire she showed exactly why her new take on French classics are so popular with these exclusive BBC Oxford recipes.

Spending her time between Oxford and New York, Kerry Saretsky's passion for French cuisine developed from a young age as her parents exposed her to the delights of homemade, full flavoured food.  Coupled with growing up in the melting pot of New York, has meant Kerry has some interesting takes on some classic recipes.

Kerry digs deep for a lemon

It was during her studies at Oxford that she really started to experiment and on her return to New York she started on her journey that has already seen her a regular contributor to some of America's leading online cuisine sites.

Now, exclusively for BBC Oxford Kerry has provided some fantastic recipes that are tasty, but easy to put together.  Whether it be for a special occasion or just for you and the family, these dishes will get everyone talking about the food.

Our latest recipe is this fabulous take on Cornish hen... Click on the link below and Kerry will take you through all you need to do for food heaven.  Don't forget to come back next week to see her latest treat on a plate or listen in each Sunday to BBC Oxford's Sunday Brunch with Joel Hammer.
