A short service of prayers, readings, a message and hymns lead by church leaders from around the county. Once a month we take the Oxfordshire Devotions on the road. They could come to you and your church or community group. More is explained at the end of the page. ![]() Oxford Salvation ArmyThis months live service contains many of the elements of a traditional Salvation Army meeting, including, as you'd expect, the magnificent Salvation Army Band. Our Devotional is introduced by the commanding officer of the Oxford Citadel, Major Helen Wolstenholme. The Bible reading was by Captain Mark Wolstenholme and the prayers were led by Anna Heaven and Graham Smith. Also taking part were the Salvation Army band and the Songster Brigade.
