The Catweazle Club

Catweazle Club

MUSIC POETRY SONG and all manner of acoustic artistry 8.30pm (late bar) £4/£3 (free to performers) Arrive by nine if you want to get on...

After it's short summer break The Catweazle Club returns to begin its 12th annual session with a new home and on a new day of the week.

Previously the club staged it's unique brand of supportive and artistry at The Northgate Hall but now they've moved to The East Oxford Community Centre every Thursday, starting 15th September.

If you're a new performer starting out on the scene or an established talent wishing to display what you can do the Catweazle is great place to go.

On their website they describe it as "An intimate and magical space for musicians, singers, poets, storytellers and performance artists of every imaginable hue."

So grab your guitar, poem book or Mongolian Yak pipe and get yourself down to check out the night at its new home.
