The Condems have said they WILL debate online petitions in Parliament, bad news for the deaf, is you must have at LEAST 100,000 signatures first, which is 10-30,000 MORE than there are deaf people. Can we get back to lobbying in real time ?

news.bbc.co.uk/today... And another way to screw money out of you, should we object to ATM's being used for chugging ? Sanctioning begging is hardly the way to do it. The state gets our tax to provide support and they want us to finance it twice ? presumably whilst the hold on to our taxes...
