The cafe will be open from 7am - 11pm, serving:
Freshly made croissants, pastries, bread, croque monsieur
"Pat Val"- style Grill, egg dishes
Coffee brewed in 225 different ways. 94 teas, Hot chocolate
Massive cream cakes, gateau, eclairs (coffee and chocolate), meringues, fruit tarts, Gateau St Honore, macaroons, marzipan animals, chocolates.
All items can be eaten here or taken away,
Suggestions for merchandise always welcomed. All paintings and drawings on the walls are for sale, unless there is a sign next to it saying "sold"
Please do not ask for credit as a refusal often offends. -

I don't have a licence for alcohol, so I don't envisage any trouble. But you never know.
I thought I might send him a complimentary tray of custard doughnuts, Mont Blancs and Strawberry gateau slices. Soothe the blow. I think I could do a lot for the area. Raise the tone. God knows, it needs raising.

Must be able to carry full cups of hot coffee without slopping them all over the customers, no BO, nits, or halitosis, and must be immune to invisible gravitational forces. Good references required.
