    anyone know

I am wondering if IS is being migrated over to ESA as incap

    eg

say you had a medical in 2005, and were given 5 years income support.

obviously the medical becomes due again in 2010

is this going to be done on existing IS rules, or moved over to ESA rules, or criteria, or even change the benefit?

Its just this situation is coming for my flatmate, and she is very vunrabale due to very complex issues, but some of these issues means she does not ever see any medical/support person ever.

    I already subsidise her life

That's a strange comment; care to elucidate.

what happened is i accidently hit enter while typing, and i had a bus to catch, and so i cudn't wait the 3 minutes or whatever to continue it.

I subsidise her life in the sense I get dla and IS premiums, and she just gets basic IS. But she has sky, a decent tv to watch it on, a cinema surround sound, she buys herself all the most expensive creams, lotions and potions, perfumes and makeup because yours truely picks up the tab when the bills come in.

I have 6-7 paydays per month depending how the weeks fall.

I understand that in a sense, i am paying my flatmate in a very indirect way to provide the care i need. if it was not for her, i wud have to either go to a home/hospital, or have 24/7 care workers to live in the c ommunity and thus my caredla wud be insta vanish anyway.

Rob, so you don't so much subsidise her life as pay her for carrying out your care needs.

    i do

    we are co dependant

she gets £85 a week, i get £200 or whatever

so unless i am stuffing away £115 or more each week, i am subsidising her life because she wont apply for dla coz she so scared to loose

not she wud be a penny worse off, the postage is even free man, she just dont like to loose. same why she never play any game, coz she can't stand loosing

she is perfect in her head, but anything which may question this, means she avoids it like plague

and being co dependant doesn't mean she is nice to me much of the time either

she has her narcasistic bullying controlling behaviour to keep up, which is anything but nice.

I can't put up with it anymore how it is.

I dont care about the money, i rele dont. I need love and cuddles more than any money.

but someone who is nasty, yet manulative of me

she bullies me, so cold, and i know i dont imagine it coz my friend sees this time and time again.

then when she wants somit, she will be all nice knowing full well that i fold

i know she wants me to hit her, so she can tell whoever else the same sob story she told me and everyone she ever met, how everyone is abondend her

in reality she drives everyone away, and those who dont get driven away, she leaves and breaks all contact

this is her illness, and if it were not for the illness making her do this horrible stuff, then i wud not give her anything

never forget how we met, she took me, full of love and cuddles, no wonder i came to her. as soon as she got me, all that stopped.

nothing short of evil. but her illness is evil
