Can I stand against Gordon as an Official UBitch candidate?
When will the party be officially launched, and when will the manifesto be available? ... and can you fit in a conference before the election? I know that Christmas is a problem, given the limited shopping days left and the postal strike is causing havoc with Amazon, but UBitch will need one to get the message out.
I think that a tax on computer usage by the DWP and any subcontractors would also be most useful - as well as the Minister having to pay out of her own pocket for any and all Data Protection Cock-ups, Maladministration and Official Errors.
Cutting down the paper mountain that we all have to deal with as recycling would also save most of the Amazon Rain Forest that is left, and also not require at least One Nuclear Power station to run Printers. The savings in Road Transport Costs would also be amazing and as the Post office is on it's last legs there would be minimal impact on the loss of postal services.
Also, there should be a tax on Unfashionable clothes which cost more than a Disabled Persons annual income and gross expenditure at Primark - if they can get to one! The Jean Paul Gaultier Tax would be most welcome by so many - as well as a tax on skinny models!
Can we also tax time wasting too - and how about an on the spot fine system for Patronising Gits and general idiots who eat into equality. If you can be fined on the spot for many offences, why shouldn't all such offensive behaviour be subject to the same taxation and revenue generation?
I bet the other political parties aint thought of that one - Equality By Fines. Increased Revenue for the country and fast track equality in one go! A Certain Winner.
... oh and if your looking for a chancellor the DWP made me do an NVQ level 1 in using an Excell spreadsheet, so I must be qualified for the job - It only cost then £1500.00 so it must be of value! The four degrees I had before that were deemed worthless - so a tax on useless degrees like an MBA, Social Policy, Politics and Economics should also be introduced - and that may improve the quality of Politicians elected in future too.

I do agree with you that the EHRC does seem to not have to gotten out of First Gear as yet, but I have been given a piece of inside information that seems to show the whole EHRC in a new light.
It also is being used to show just how hard they are working on getting it right first time and just how difficult it is to be everything to everyone.
It apparently all started at the Opening Bash after all attending had had a bit too much Chardonnay and there was the inevitable Photocopying of Genitalia.
This was first seen as inappropriate behaviour by some, but it quickly led onto quite a heated discussion about equality of access to the Photocopiers.
Some were most unhappy as the Black and White format did not address racial differences, and as for getting out of your wheel chair and parking your bits there were evident accessibility issues, both disability and age related.
Some within the LGBT camp were also unhappy that a rainbow motif could not be automatically imposed on the photocopy to make it clear where they sat and why and then gender issues came to the fore with some querying the use of Zoom Controls so that their bum did not look as big on the photocopier.
There is still a whole debate and working group across all diversity issues addressing this and varying trials of Colour Options, Zoom control, Auto application of motifs and the whole acceptability issue as well.
It seems that it's the accessibility issue that is the big sticking point, with some favouring slings and lifting gear, whilst others wanting the Photocopiers to Rise and fall to appropriate heights as required and there is strong argument for this latter option as it also reduces the risk of folks falling off the photocopiers and being a Health and Safety Risk!
This is a major issue within the EHRC and it is most important that they get it right even if it is taking time. There is a general consensus that getting it right will be money well spent.
After all, when starting out on a new grand venture it is so important that you start as you mean to go on!
As for your need to have access to the chance to getting drunk in equality you might want to know that the EHRC think they have cracked the photocopier issue at last and they are going to have another Big Bash to celebrate, and allow everyone to try it out!
I'm sure that a media wizard like you should be able to wangle an invite and you can get drunk and get the issue of accessible Pubs and Equality of Inebriation on the agenda.
It does seem a pity that some Commissioners have not seen the value of getting the equality of access to the Photocopying right as an important issue but as they say you can't please all of the people all of the time. It seems they thought that the issue was a bit of a red herring... but whispers from inside the EHRC seem to indicate that some just were not willing to take part in this ever so important step on the equality agenda and they have been seen as spoil sports for not wanting to take part when so many others have agreed to expose all and have it copied for Posterity!

OOhh and Bitch - you missed the references on page 34 of the "Impact assessment" that was published in parallel to the Green Paper!
It seems that all Revenue Streams should be pooled to make sure that only the most needy get the limited Dosh!
But then again on page 37 they do admit, yet again that it seems many folks who should be getting DLA aint getting it - and so the figures are all up in that air!
Page 40 Risks talk about how younger people ( read none wrinkly) would be affected by their benefits being chopped pooled and doled out from the pot to cover everyone! ... and page 39 has quite a good reference too!
It seems that "equality", "younger" and "fair" are the key words to look for... and oddly they never appear in the same sentence as the the term DLA.
I'd binge on those Doughnuts now - cos unless they are an absolute care need - their days are numbered!

It seems that at least you have cottoned on to the idea that our DLA is at risk and could vanish in yet more Gerrymandering of the Equality Landscape and the Economy.
Some will go quietly into the night, but at least we know we can rely upon Our Dear Bitch to head the battle cry of Give Me DLA, or Give Me Death.... but can I have a Bavarian Kreme Duffnut before I go?
The very Idea that the government wants more people to claim DLA, with it Billions not claimed, just supports the view that us crips are at the bottom of that massive Ponzi scheme called The British Economy. From what I can see, the only reason to have more claimants is to keep the unemployment figures down by creating more minicab drivers across the UK. Again it's us crips who are expected to create a wholesale growth in the British Economy. The one thing that keeps on coming up about DLA is how it's used for taxis and Whitehall suites have evidently picked up on this.
Mr Broone also wants peeps to buy new cars by scrapping old ones, and again the motive for more Mincabs is clear us crips need to use more taxis to save the British Car industry by DLA.
I can see there being real clashes if our DLA should end up being controlled by The SS. There you are needing a stair lift to get to the bathroom and your told it's not economic or sensible. You have use a minicab to get to a Public Convenience so that both minicab industry and the car production line are full supported and the economy saved. It may even lead to a wholesale improvement in accessible Public Conveniences - with taxi ranks outside.
Of course the Pensioners and the Grey Voters would be only too happy with this as they would also be getting taxied about the country on this new national service. Forget your bus pass its CabAbility for all.
I do fear this will also mean the end of Blue Badges as Minicabs will have the option to park anywhere, and it's likely that the New fleet of National Minicabs will all be blue anyway, as a national re-branding exercise. Or maybe they will all be red with a nice Rose Motif on the side
This centralisation of services and the economy harks back to a certain person's student days and a bit of Marxist ideology.
Using Hotel bathrooms for free seems to have an ominous air about it. No more OT's and wheel friendly wet rooms, just a Blue Mincab ride to the nearest Travel Lodge Express and you're told to use the free services and there is no complimentary shampoo either.
To avoid DLA being swallowed up in the whole Minicab Bonanza that will be used to replace North Sea Oil revenues, we should in fact look at the advice that has been given about our rights, the law and media manipulation.

I have to say that your apparent conversion to the power of Genetics, and it's supposed use, is both premature and ill considered.
Your view is built upon the premise that all disability is genetically linked, which you should be well aware is not the case. Shame On You!
Many folks have disabilities which have nothing to do with Genetics, but do have a lot to do with events such as accidents, encounters with blunt objects and even the odd Virus, Bacterium and other more exotic and emerging infectious agent. None of these are genetically predetermined.
The very idea of having a DLA claim processed by genetic sequencing will simply cause more errors in the DLA computer systems than already exist. It is well recognised that any large database will contain about 10% inaccurate data and the government and it's many subdivisions is in no way immune to this reality as far too many already know... and they have the tribunal decisions to prove it!
The numbers of people already afflicted and disabled further by these computer errors is an issue you could well do with turning your mind to. It's one thing have in few years lopped off your age, and quite another when it comes to having whole aspects of your life lopped off and then being told you are Miraculously able to walk the Computer says so!
Personally I have no problem with my personal genetic code where it proves that I am a 6 foot six, virile, hot blooded, hairy chested, muscular, ultra physical male with a libido that could replace an old Coal Fired Power Station and help save the planet and with no premature issues coming to the fore.
However, as this conflicts with the reality forced upon me by events, I would not welcome any such misleading data, derived from my now defunct Genetic Code, to be in the hands of the wrong people namely the government.
Events have changed me from that Power House to an energy efficient light bulb that still burns brightly at lower energy levels.
It's one thing battling the perceptions of ability generated in the public and governments views by such lovelies as Beyond Boundaries ( © BBC 2005-2009) - and the sight of one lone bugger in the middle of the Kalahari Desert supposedly proving what every Crip can do!
It's quite another being told that some outdated Genetic Code does the same thing cos the government has an issue with reality and their computer system can never be wrong!
When it comes to the Government using any form of code with a computer it's worth remembering the old Computer Acronym G.I.G.O. - Good In, Good Out - Garbage In, Garbage Out.
The Government and the DLA fairies still have an issue over this, and all too often it's Garbage in, Gospel Out!
Please don't encourage The Government to see the computer screen and all code displayed as Gospel. The Government's High Church of The Computer Screen already has far too much in common with other dangerous cults without you encouraging them! It's already hard enough for many to escape the Trap of the Cult of displayed data and Civil Servants brain washed in to accepting it without question.

Given the medical mix-ups that I have seen over the years, the Idea that your GP will be able to combine Old and New Age with Oramorph is likely to be as successful as cross breading an elephant with and a wombat!
Given the scant references to Medical Treatment in the Bible, it is worrying what some may do with them.

I think that this will just give some the excuse to not bother diagnosing and treating - you will just be expected to wander into the medical wilderness and expect a Miracle. It's one thing being sent to Coventry by the Medical Profession and quite another being given a one way ticket to ancient Egypt.
As to how some may use "The Book of Revelations", There you are going on about that pain in your knee that has been nagging away for the last decade - and then you are told promptly that your consult is over - some horse men have been spotted and the Doctor needs to see as many patients as possible in the allotted 1 minute and save their souls. It could be abused terribly to get the rinky dink computer figures up and make the doctor look overly productive.

Not only is the Underpayment of benefits quite interesting - but how these relate to Fraud is even more fascinating!
Fraud accounts for far less that Official Errors ( read incompetent staff not knowing their jobs ), Underpayment and even under claiming due to client error.
the focus of the DWP multimillion advertising campaign should be on dealing with the bigger problem which their figures show is not Fraud.
The best bit is where the figures state there is 0% fraud in DLA claims - Yes that is right the Figure reads 0%!
Oddly the official errors account for £10, million and supposed customer errors read as £240 million - so really they are saying that all Disabled People are stupid and get it so wrong that we cost ourselves £240 million per year.
If that is the case - shouldn't some of the Advertising Budget be spent on telling us error prone lot how to claim and get it right?
Perhaps that is too revolutionary an Idea for the DWP - after all if decision making is evidence lead, they really should be using their own evidence to help us poor error prone types get it right!

You make fun of the economics of disability and you have missed the point.
Disability has always been seen as a money spinner by governments, as they use Crips, in all forms, to fund welfare to work schemes. The funding may initially be about disability - but the governments have systematically syphoned off these funds for employment purposes for years.
OTs, Personal Assistants, various health professionals of dubious quality and training, and then there has been the paper work, boxes to tick, forms to fill in and a whole recycling industry to deal with the wasted paper.
The Disabled and their Billion Pound price tags have also been used to Create Ministers, and their expenses claims, and whole new rafts and legions of Civil Serviles to push the paper and keep the Ministers well spun, and the population misinformed.
You have to realise that the British Economy is in fact one great "Ponzi Scheme" using the Disabled as the base of the pyramid. Without out us the British Economy would be shown up as being not just Morally but also Financially Bankrupt and the whole house of cards would fall!
Thank you for speaking out on this issue and highlighting that Quantitative Easing has not been used correctly, and with the major injection of cash caused by the Darling Chancellor and Mr Broon all Crips can expect a windfall of extra cash to hold the whole economy up.
We are worth the money for keeping the country afloat.
