Who Killed Ramona Rhapsody & The Case of the Vampire Count
Two exciting and unusual musical murder-mysteries for 9-12 year olds.
Eight members of the BBC Philharmonic and Ann Dante, a 1930s private investigator, invite children to become 'private ears' to help her crack two extraordinary murders in the Dante casebook.
As the stories unfold children will be given lots of musical clues to help them solve the mysteries - but they will only find out who did it by listening very carefully.
These unusual and fun-filled musical experiences for young people include listening skills, rhythm games, recognition of musical instruments, interactive responses and team building work - plus further ideas for cross-curricular work in the classroom before and after performances.

Phil's Connections
This BBC Philharmonic experience is designed for Years 9,10,11 & 6th Form.
Using flexible formats 'tailor-made' for your KS3, GCSE and AS/A2 students, four members of the orchestra will work on aspects of composition, analysis, listening, performance and improvisation.
We can even record the work produced during the session and leave you with a CD.
Also, why not finish the day with a performance by members of the Phil and your students of their shared achievements for other students, parents and friends?

Meet the Phil EXTRA
All primary schools who book onto Meet the Phil sessions can also request a FREE one hour workshop in their school to prepare students for their visit to the BBC.
Two musicians from the BBC Philharmonic will visit your school and talk about the music your students will hear at the session, play some musical games, explain the geography of an orchestra and describe some of the orchestral rituals they might see and hear at a rehearsal and concert.
These sessions are always incredibly popular so book early to avoid disappointment.
