Tooni confesses to being a sea-lover since childhood, having spent many hours investigating rock pools. She is a highly qualified commercial diver and a Professional Association of Diving Instructors (PADI) open water scuba instructor. She has logged over 2,000 dives all over the world.
Currently, Tooni is working in marine conservation and education. This is her first on screen role but she's no stranger to being behind the camera. She has worked as a camera assistant and underwater camera operator on a number of TV shows including Survivors: Shipwrecked Sailors.
A keen traveller, Tooni likes to combine work with pleasure. She has led and scientifically co-ordinated a number of expeditions in Africa. Other passions include mountain biking, snowboarding, surf-skiing, photography, reading and writing.
