Vera Beljakov on her tricycle

When Vera Beljakov was only four she lived in a POW camp in Edwinstowe.

Almost 60 years on she's recalled those times and unearthed some photographs.

Vera Beljakov's photographic memories

Vera with her grandfather Alexander at the Edwinstowe camp in 1948.

Edwinstowe in 2003 - the road just off the cricket ground to the north of the village where the camp was located.
