Nottingham girl Micaiah landed her first TV role at the age of 15.

She got her first break when she entered a competition on a kid's Saturday morning TV show to win a part in the children's drama series 'The Ward'.

Micaiah didn't get the part but impressed the show's producers enough to be called back for further auditions.

From that she landed the role as Lisa, and appeared in 11 episodes.

This is her first major adult role on national TV but says her audition for Footballers Wives was really easy.

She just had to read a script and that was it.

The producers were looking for someone from the Bolton area but because she had a Northern accent that was good enough for them.

Footballer's Wives is returning to ITV, if Micaiah keeps her role as Marie, 2003 will be a great year for the Nottingham girl.
