The search for Nottinghamshire's favourite sunset is on.

Be it as dusk settles over the Ratcliffe on Soar power station, Newark Castle or Rushcliffe Country Park... we we want to hear your choice and the reasons why.

We will then attempt to capture your sunset and put it on this website. Alternatively, you may wish to capture your favourite moment yourself.

Photos

Dawn and dusk are a favourite time of the day for photographers. Send us photographs of your favourite sunset for our sunset gallery.

Videos

Alternatively, if you've a digital camera, you may wish to send us your sunset on tape. You will need to supply 60 minutes of footage on a Mini DV tape. We will then speed up this footage to produce a video for the web.
