Competition rulesA Picture of Nottinghamshire Taken your photographs of Nottinghamshire? Now make sure you abide by our rules. *** STOP PRESS - COMPETITION CLOSED ***At present we are not accepting entries to our photo competition. We will be reviewing this situation shortly.---------------------------------------------The competition is open to anyone in Nottinghamshire. The competition is open to amateur photographers only. Entries must be received by Friday, 14th December 2007. The pictures must have been taken in Nottinghamshire by the person entering the competition. Pictures must be submitted to bbc.co.uk/nottingham by either email (nottingham@bbc.co.uk) or by post ("A Picture of Nottinghamshire". BBC Nottingham, London Road, Nottingham. NG2 4UU). Please note: any pictures submitted by post will not be returned. Each picture should be accompanied by… * the name of the photographer, address and contact number Copyright remains with the photographer but by entering the competition he/she gives permission for the BBC to use the image on it's website. If successful, the entrant agrees to provide the BBC with the original file for the image and agrees that it can be printed and used in a public exhibition of winning entries. If you take pictures of children (under the age of 16) you must have written permission from their parents. This written permission must then be sent in with the photographs. By entering the competition, the entrant verifies that he/she has read the "Rules of Entry" and agrees to abide by them. Please note: We will select the best pictures to appear in our online galleries.
