Robin Hood’s new look, together with Dominic Minghella’s scripts updates the legend for a contemporary audience. TV newcomer Jonas Armstrong has the responsibility of playing the hooded man. He says,

The series also stars Keith Allen as the Sheriff of Nottingham; Lucy Griffiths as Maid Marian and Richard Armitage as Guy of Gisborne, the Sheriff’s lieutenant.
