Dean first applied for a job on BBC Radio Nottingham when he was 14 years old but it was well over a decade after that before we let him anywhere near a microphone. Dean has a reputation for clinching 'exclusive' interviews with the biggest stars in the music business. He can often be found trying to control unruly crowds of would-be pop stars and their hangers-on in the BBC Radio Nottingham studios.
