Just a few hundred metres up the road from Shipstone Street, this is a largely residential area.

A few little shops are scattered around and fit looking locals scurry to and from the Noel Street Leisure Centre with sporting paraphernalia tucked under their arms.

Asian Women's Project (women's services)
This opened in Nottinghamshire in 1981 and has various outlets across the city. It started life as a self-help group for Asian women and has grown into a charitable organisation that provides services like arts, academic and music courses, IT and mentoring to women between 13 and 24.

Frog and Onion (pub)
Hosts a variety of music gigs.
