Born n Bred:  Sheffield.

First memory:  Sitting on my nana’s lap being forced to eat spaghetti hoops, as if I didn’t, there would be NO Button Moon.

First record bought: Oh dear…here goes - Keith Harris and Orville 'I wish I could fly'.

First job:  YTS (Youth Training Scheme) in a magazine publishing agency...HATED IT!

Little known fact about yourself:  I used to be a children’s performer called 'Chrissy The Clown'.

Favourite food and drink:  Lamb Methi and Guest Ales (curry and beer).

Favourite place in the world:  Anywhere, so long as it is with my wife and daughter. If I was made to choose, I’d have to say Whitby.

Favourite place in North Yorkshire:  Oh look at that Whitby!

Any pet hates? – My wife blaming me for not hearing properly, when it’s HER mumbling!

Desert island luxury:  A radio.

Most embarrassing radio moment:  Being hired as children’s entertainer 'Chrissy the Clown' for a party, with NO children there. I’ll leave the rest to your imagination. Regardless to say, I took the money and ran!

Best radio moment :  Raising £4,000 for S.N.A.P.P.Y (Special Needs Activity and Play Provision in York. Registered Charity Number 702190) one Saturday morning on a four hour charity auction…all by myself!
