On Thursday 8th February, BBC Radio York's Elly Fiorentini chaired an Any Questions event, on the subject of Climate Change, at York's Guildhall. You can listen to the discussion by clicking on the link below. The event was organised by the Stockholm Environment Institute, based at the University of York. The talk forms part of the institute's year long Climate Talk project. It's designed to try and get us all interested, informed and talking about Climate Change and its potential effects. The expert panel faced questions from BBC Radio York listeners and attendees of the talk. On the panel were: Sir John Lawton - Chair of the Royal Commission on Environmental Pollution; Caroline Lucas - Member of the European Parliament for the Green Party; Craig McGarvey - Dales area manager for the Environment Agency; and Tom Oxley - Corporate Social Responsibility Manager for Norwich Union.
