Where are they now - Charlie Lambert

"I was NWT's sports correspondent throughout the 1990s, having previously produced the BBC2 sports magazine show 'Sportsround.' "

"I left the BBC in 2001 to work as a freelance broadcaster and independent producer and have since worked on many projects."

"These include producing and directing The Perfect Player, a TV documentary about the football legend Sir Tom Finney, writing and presenting several editions of The Archive Hour for Radio 4, and writing my second book 'The Club That Jack Built', charting the rise of Blackburn Rovers under Jack Walker."

"Today, I’m the leader of the Sports Journalism degree course at the University of Central Lancashire in Preston while continuing to work as a freelance sports broadcaster."
