It's September 1995 and to go with the brand new studio, North West Tonight also has a brand new way in which it tells the people of the region what the weather will be like.

Dianne Oxberry, who had previously worked on Radio 1 with Simon Mayo and Steve Wright, joins Martin Henfield and Peter Stevenson as part of the new-look team.
