Getting Work

Finding what you're good at

People sometimes need help in finding out what they're good at, or what job suits their abilities and interests.

In this next clip from Mission Employable, the participants visit the Educational Guidance Service for Adults (EGSA)  in Belfast to find out what jobs they are suitable for based on their skills, hobbies and personalities.

Stephen Nolan talks to Eileen Kelly the director of EGSA about how they can help people trying to find a job which matches their skills and interests.
