Mulled wine for kids

The kids never like being left out when there's something so delightfully aromatic being passed around the family and friends so here's one from Maria Georgiou just for them.

Ingredients
2 litres non-alcoholic grape juice (red)
2 cups water
1 cup sugar
24 whole cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
the peel of 1 orange and 1 lemon
1 crushed nutmeg
2-3 cups of hot lemon/lime juice

Heat the water and add sugar, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and peel.

Boil it for 5 minutes and leave to simmer for 5 more.
Strain resultant syrup into a large pot and add the citrus juice and heat until it's gently bubbling.

Add the grape juice and keep it on a low heat

Serve.
