If you have small children you are sure to head straight for the Magic Kingdom. The impressive and famous Cinderella Castle, stands 189 feet high. It’s known as the gateway to Magic kingdom’s seven lands and dominates the walk along Main Street USA. One of the oldest rides but still popular with young children is ‘It’s a Small World’. At magic Kingdom the characters used to roam around but if you want to see them now you have to come to Town Square and join the queue for photographs and autographs. D
on’t be put off by the long lines though as they do move quickly.

Sea World
We recommend a trip to Sea World a 200-acre marine park, which boasts over 20,000 marine animals. You can easily explore the whole park in one day.
Even Sea World has included a couple of thrill rides in the park, one of which is Journey to Atlantis. Joe enjoyed Kracken at Seaworld, a floorless and ceiling-less roller coaster that takes you 15 storeys high and hurtles you round the track at 65 mph, you go underground 3 times and go through 7 loops. It’s the highest, longest and fastest roller coaster in Orlando.
The biggest attraction at Sea World is the Shamu Adventure which sees killer whales performing well-choreographed tricks with their trainers. If you don’t mind getting a bit wet then you have the option of sitting in the first 15 rows where you will get splashed by the whales’ antics.

At Dolphin Cove a trainer is generally on hand to explain some of the characteristics about the magnificent mammals and allow visitors to touch and interact with them. One of the highlights of coming to the dolphin enclosure is feeding the dolphins at the feeding station.

Crazy Golf
Another attraction on I-Drive that we recommend is this crazy golf course. It’s got 2 18-hole courses and you can play here by day in the beautiful sunshine or you can come in at night. It's a great way to meet people and it’s all themed around a kind of pirate theme. It’s a bit of exercise and a great bit of fun.
Prices for an 18-hole game: Adults $9.54 = £6 STL
Kids $8.48 = £5.40 STL

If you do fancy some nightlife and you have a car, you could go to International Drive or Lake Buena Vista and check out the entertainment there. Joe and Suzanne went to Downtown Disney instead. Joe went to West Sid, home to a number of bars and restaurants. Here you will find House of Blues, which is backed by a host of celebrities including: Dan Ackroyd and James Belushi. It has a restaurant and features live music every night.
Suzanne went to Pleasure island, it’s home to eight night-clubs with different types of music to suit everyone. It’s open until 2am.
