In the company of presenters Joe
Lindsay and Suzanne
Cowie, viewers can take a boat trip deep inside the Caves
del Drac (the Dragon's Caves), spot the wild animals at the Auto Safari
Game Park, go sailing along the rocky east coast and meet up with a Northern
Ireland woman, who owns a fabulous holiday property on Majorca.
The Ryans stayed in self-catering accommodation
at the Aparthotel Bonaire, but we also take a peek at alternative
accommodation in the area.
Extra Info:
Majorca,
on the south east coast of Spain is a very popular destination for Northern
Irish holidaymakers and there are plenty of flights between April and
September.
Our resort is Cala Bona which is an hour long transfer from Palma on the
east coast of the island.
Flying time: The flight to Palma takes two and a half
hours.
Best time to visit: June, July
and August are the best times to visit for the weather, but it's also
high season so the beaches get extremely busy. May to early June and Sept
to Oct offer you the best value for money.
