Ingredients
8 medium potatoes, peeled
bunch of scallions
1/4 pt. Milk
Salt and pepper
3 knobs of butter
Method
Peel and boil potatoes until cooked. Simmer the spring onions in
milk for about 5 minutes. Strain potatoes and mash. Add the hot
milk and scallions, salt, pepper and the butter and mix in.
