ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
 
An entertaining drama about a family’s diet and lifestyle choices. Lydia’s mum, dad, brother and sister are not the healthiest eaters! Armed with lots of facts from a school project on nutrition, she goes about setting them right.
 
LEARNING OUTCOMES
 
By the end of the programme pupils should be able to:
  • identify different eating habits;
  • classify eating habits as healthy or unhealthy;
  • talk about what makes a balanced diet;
  • draw up an action plan to improve their own eating habits.
