ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
This is a workshop which explores the role of sound in stories. Sound can help to stimulate imagination and bring stories alive. Children are invited to construct fun stories using music, voices and unexpected sounds.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
By the end of the programme pupils should be able to:
- understand how sound can add to the impact of a story.
- recreate stories through individual and group dramatisation.
- use the images, ideas and places associated with particular sounds to construct and present a story.
