ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
 
All good stories have common features. In this storytelling workshop character, location, time and plot are explored. Through a series of games, the children are stimulated to make up stories and tell them to each other.
 
LEARNING OUTCOMES
 
By the end of the programme pupils should be able to:
  • develop an ability to listen carefully to others.
  • develop an ability to think about what they say themselves.
  • recognise and explain the main features of a story.
  • comment on their own and others’ talk.
