The series provides resources for movement and dance in a local context. Designed to support teachers who may have no previous experience of teaching dance or movement, it also provides structured movement ideas for teachers already familiar with the subject. Lively and good fun, the programmes will help the children to develop a sense of rhythm, co-ordination and balance and will encourage a creative response to a variety of music, both physically and emotionally.

Although the series has finished, you can still view programme information and teacher notes. Programmes are still available to borrow or purchase from the Audio Visual Recording service at SELB. Just quote the SELB number that can be found below in your correspondence with the unit.
