GROUND ROW

MAKING A GROUND-ROW
Lay a sheet of 8' x 4' hardboard on a covered floor and seal it (see Making a Bush construction for instructions). It will take overnight to dry.

Ground Row

Once dry, prop it upright and project or transfer this drawing onto it. The ratio is designed for a sheet of hardboard, so you should be able to project to almost the full size of the board. Trace the outlines with a large, waterproof, felt pen.

These outlines can now be coloured in. Below is just one idea of how it would look. Note the highlights and shadows.

Ground Row in Colour

Once completed, this board will have to be strengthened with timber supports at the back. Then cut out with a jig-saw.
